Really a 3+ or 4-. Purchased this scarf for a holiday gathering. It served its function, but I did not feel better dressed for its addition to my outfit because the material had no sheen. It is a large scarf and a bit poofy, yet ties easily. The color is a true red, not dark or dull. The little reindeer have green holly around their necks so it is definitely appropriate for the winter holiday season. It feels like cotton and if not for the holiday theme would work year round. I'm not normally a shiney dresser, or drawn to flashy clothing, but this scarf just seemed flat to me. Had I seen t in a store I would have passed it by..The card and cardboard holiday gift container were quite nice and of better quality than the scarf. I wouldn't purchase this again, but at the price. price it didn't seem worth the bother of returning it.
