I purchased 2 cameras last November and for the first couple of months they worked as intended. However, shortly after that one camera would not upload photos. I called and they were helpful but informed me the camera needed to be replaced.The problem I had was they would not send a replacement until they received my camera. I get it, however, it was a faulty camera so why punish me by waiting three weeks to get my replacement?I would not have wrote this review over that.The next issue came 2023 when again one camera would not upload. I called and again they were helpful telling me they would need to send a replacement. Hunting season was over so I was not upset over the delay getting the replacement. Within a couple of weeks the other camera would not upload. This time it took over an hour to get a person on the line to help me. They once again replaced the camera (3rd replacement).Nope, story doesn’t end there.Now it’s hunting season again and one of the cameras is not uploading. I called and had someone answer after a 17 minute wait. Not terrible. But then she informed me that I was in line and a technician would get back with in the order my call was received (this was last Tuesday and it’s now Monday - 6 days have passed). I asked her if I’d get a call back that day or the next day and all she said was it would be in the order of my call and she had no way of knowing how many callers were ahead of me.Apparently there must be a whole lot of callers ahead meaning:A - there are many issues with all their camerasB - I’m not important as a customerIn any event, I strongly urge anyone reading this to pursue a different company.
